Do not use this horrible company. They told me my furnace was shot and needed to purchase a new one. Gave me a ridiculous quote. I had another company look at it and it was a clogged drain plug
I had to leave 1 star in order to be able to comment. Ron the Furnace Man is a total rip off company. I highly recommend never using them. They forged my husband's signature on a refund check after we reported them to the BBB. They tried to sell us $4000-5000 worth of furnace when all we needed was a $100 part. They shut off our furnace and advised us not to turn it back on due to gas leaking from a crack. Our furnace was down for 3-4 days during winter. Can't begin to express to you what Ron Jr did for us.
The company failed to honor a coupon they had published. Service and part prices were exorbitant. Additionally the “owner” failed to follow up on our concerns when we contacted them to address our concerns. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company!
We have been trying so hard to find out why our heat pump fails to work, we had it now for a year,and the only one repairman has a really hard time to get it to run for any lengthy period of time. The lemon law seems to be prevalent in our ridiculous experience with this furnace/heat pump.
