I wanted to become a regular, but my first visit was a major disappointment. I specifically booked with Ron online as I was looking for a consultative experience based on his expertise. Ron didn’t honor my confirmed appointment saying that he was booked for the day (which confuses me as I had also booked?) and then passed me off to another barber, even after I showed him my email confirmation.
