Very important information. Ron and Sons installed my low voltage smoke alarms I have paid them to monitor my alarms system for 7 years. It is Sunday night we have guests coming in the morning and smoke alarm units on the 10 ft ceiling have a loud chirp every few minutes my dog and wife are not happy. I called the service line for help very desperate. The grumpy guy ever calls me back, must have told me 10 times he been in the business 40 years.
