Very professional respectful
Ron Smith Termite has always performed and offered services that were desired. And when another pest problem came around he worked tirelessly to help resolve the situation. When someone ask about pest management company I always recommend Ron Smith Termite!!!
Does not respond to messages, whatever he sprayed did not work. Just tells you the day before that he automatically scheduled you for an appointment and does not ask if it's convenient. Would never recommend him. Highly unprofessional and obviously overwhelmed and needs an office staff. Website doesn't work Facebook hasn't been updated in years.
I have been using Ron for quiet a few years now and he is definitely one of the best around. He guarantees his work and will come back as many times as it takes until your issue is gone.
