I had a very disappointing experience with this termite service. The technician openly bragged about not paying his bills and appeared to water down the chemicals he was using—completely unacceptable when dealing with pest control. I scheduled service twice. The first time, he claimed he couldn’t find my house. The second time, he showed up three hours late because he took an extended lunch, with no courtesy call or notice. This company is a scam. If I could go for 0 stars, I would. Do not do business with them, don’t sign their contract, They won’t hold up their end of the contract, but certainly will expect you to. The company is impossible to get ahold of for their re-spray policy, the satisfaction or money back is a joke, and their products DID NOT WORK!!!! Plus, it attracted other bugs I did not previously have an issue with. Look elsewhere for your pest and termite needs, you’ll be happy you did later.

Ron Smith Termite has always performed and offered services that were desired. And when another pest problem came around he worked tirelessly to help resolve the situation. When someone ask about pest management company I always recommend Ron Smith Termite!!!
