I have learned so much from working with Kimberly. She really knows her stuff! Our neighbors garage recently burned down and unfortunately burned the siding off of our own garage in the process. If I could give a zero star rating, I would’ve. Both Kimberly and Jeanie are extremely rude. High defensive attitude and demeanor. There was zero professionalism. They both will cut you off and speak over you. I would never recommend such an unprofessional group of individuals to anyone for insurance.
On 10/7/25 a water line to my dishwasher ruptured during the middle of the night. I woke up to a major water mess! A broken line can pump out a lot of water in a few hours. I had a considerable amount of drywall damage, ceiling tile damage and carpet damage. I called Kimberly of Ron Smith Insurance Agency of Akron when their office opened.
