We just purchased an insulation extraction machine for our insulation company in Nanaimo, BC from Ron's. The experience was beyond our expectations. Ron sent videos and pictures of every step he took to ensure a safe travel for the machine across the country. Great service! The owner is highly knowledgeable and very precise when explaining things.
Brought a couple of Stihl chainsaws to get looked at as I couldn't get them started. The initial diagnostic fee was acceptable as I didn't know what the issue was, and not experienced with saws at the time. He was able to get a vintage Stihl 020 working and gave me some pointers on cleaning, maintenance and overall operation. Very informative and pleasant to work with, you have to understand he's just trying to help you maintain your equipment properly.
Took my lawn mower for repair. Very fair does a thorough job and fixes only what is necessary, and gives great tips on lawn mower care!
