Oh my gosh, under a very stressful toilet water leak, Tidy Tank was awesome sending Brenden. I could not be any happier with their service and Brenden. He explained so many things to me and was extremely patient. If you have any plumbing issue I would call Tidy Tank, you will not regret it.
Very awesome!! Had an emergency back up and not only did they squeeze me in same day.. I had another blockage and then Danny from the plumbing team came. He was absolutely an angel!! So informative and helpful. I am very grateful and extra shot out to Danny!! Thank you all endlessly!!
Have used them for several years to maintain and inspect my septic system. However, we were recently having issues and had a wet spot in the yard so called them out to get a quote for the repair. The guy came out and sold my wife the "fix". I asked over the phone three times if he was sure, and what happens if we get down there and they find more, he assured us that we needed jetting and we're good. We have been having plumbing issues for years and concerns with our old gas lines. The crew came in and replaced our pipes and gas lines, all for an incredibly fair (and transparent) price. TJ was so helpful in diagnosing the issue and coordinating all services. Jerry, Ronaldo, and Danny were all incredibly professional, friendly, speedy, and attentive to our concerns, keeping us informed every step of the way. They take great pride in their work and it shows!
