We had used Ron's Tidy Tank several times in the past, and they are aware of our septic setup (or should be). We requested their service to pump out our septic a couple of weeks ago, but apparently, they only pumped out the drywells. So, they charged us for 1000 gallons of septic, but only took probably less than 500 gallons of rainwater/gray water. The techs didn't notice that there was no toilet paper/waste in the well?? I just purchased a home and the previous homeowners were being shady about the condition of the septic tank. I called Tidy Tank after looking for a reputable septic tank specialist.
