we a lot of issues with our plumbing this week. Was so greatful for this company. Rosie, Mikey, and TJ each did a great job. I would trust any of them to work on this old house again. Great plumbers, great customer services, very upfront about prices!
Craig Johnson and his technician Rossi came nice and early, got right to work, took care of the maintenance and suggested a few other items that were very helpful, they were courteous, and Craig is a 27 year veteran and very helpful and knowledgeable. Would give them 10 stars if possible, highly recommended and very respectful. They had to dig and had some extra topsoil and were courteous enough to load up the wheelbarrow and put it on the Garden bed. This team is A+.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Called to get an estimate for what they charge to Video a sewer line and all they could tell me was that there was $129 dispatch fee. They had no set pricing to do that until a technician was on site.
We had sewage backing up into the house. To say we made this call for service under duress is an understatement. Everyone involved was polite, courteous, and ready to assist. Craig brought his truck out, found and cleared the septic tank and educated me on where and how everything works. They didn’t destroy the yard and were affordable too. Phenominal job all the way around. A++ service
We had a sewer line back-up recently and called Tidy Tank for assistance. They responded quickly and put together a technical plan to determine where the blockage was. It turned out to be a major issue that took several days to resolve. All along the way, the plumber in charge, TJ, was completely engaged in finding the source with minimum disruption to the home.
