Had an urgent issue with discovering a broken main line, not only did Tidy Tank come out quickly to evaluate, but also came in $3k less expensive than an earlier quote. Everyone was professional and timely, would highly recommend!
I've worked with (formerly Ron's) Tidy Tank for the last 10 years for regular septic maintenance and the previous owner of this home worked with Tidy as well. The company has changed ownership over the past few years and the customer experience is poor ahead of appointments and it seems like they're trying to upsell every possible service. What costed $240 per service (going back many years with the previous owners receipts on file) is now $690 to start and an upsell on the need for a riser tank pump totaling $880. Oh my gosh, under a very stressful toilet water leak, Tidy Tank was awesome sending Brenden. I could not be any happier with their service and Brenden. He explained so many things to me and was extremely patient. If you have any plumbing issue I would call Tidy Tank, you will not regret it.
