Great service. Very professional and expedient. They also explained the issue and how they are going to fix it. Will definitely use again.
Was contacted by Tidy Tank Septic reminding me that the last service had been almost three years ago, and did I want to schedule a service. Set up an appointment for the very next day. They arrived at the scheduled time and got the job done thoroughly and efficiently. They explained what they were doing and documented everything in pictures and on the invoice. Had them pump our septic system. We were able to schedule them for the day we wanted and they came right on time. Some of the crew was the same as who serviced our system 3 years ago, so it's great to have that continuity. They were very respectful and didn't trample the plants right next to where the septic access is. Highly recommended.
