Dr Rotem - I have contacted your office multiple times in TR. Your office has taken payment from my husband and I AND also our insurance company and the billing department REFUSES to speak to us, let alone issue a refund. We are taking legal action at this point. I have called the office requesting to speak to you but I assume you have not been notified and unfortunately I need your attention. This may be a class action lawsuit as I am sure its not only myself and my husband who has been scammed. PLEASE contact me :)
First time at DR ROTEM very pleasant experience Dr.Shen was very gentle I had 2 teeth pulled she was an expert at her job no pain and I didn’t even know she was done till she told me 5 for Dr Shen
