Ron really came in for us in a pinch. Called him right when he opened, and explained about a situation that we had with our roof. Nothing major, but something we definitely wanted to have taken care of before we went out of town and the rains next week. Ron said he was super busy, but would take a look via photos and would send someone out if he could. Within 4 hours, he had driven by the house, confirmed with his team and the job was done! My interaction with Ron Pavloff Roofing was extremely disappointing. When I asked a simple question about their roof pricing and whether it includes solar panel removal and reinstallation, Ron’s response of “Look!” was dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, it took them over a month to prepare a basic estimate, reflecting poor organizational efficiency and a lack of respect for customer needs. Hired Ron to fix a minor roof leak 2 years ago. After a good rain storm this year, the exact same place on roof leaks. Hired another roofing contractor who found that Ron's employee only replaced a small portion of the ripped felt. Turns out, the new repair company used a total of 3 rolls of felt. To top it off, the 2nd roofer charged just a bit more, and did 5 times the work and completely resolved the leak.
