Absolutely horrible service. They installed a new drain for a washer and dryer a few months ago for a basement suite. When the plumber came and installed the new drain I told them the new drain location seems too low but she disregarded it. Fast forward to a a few months later, the washer is not draining properly. I called them again which they finally came after 4 times of calling them to take a look which made them schedule another time to re-locate the drain to a higher elevation. Great service, always respond quickly and work out schedules to assist with emergencies.
A class act to work with. Attentive and professional staff.
Becky was amazing. She came out when we had no water and figured out the problem. She and her helper came back out the next day and got us back up and running. Thankfully they were able to do the job before the extremely bad weather hit. I would recommend.
Charged for two service calls and hot water heater still didn't work. Extremely unprofessional
