Today we had 2 wonderful fellas come to our home and do repairs and hook ups. Dillan and Kevin ,Thank you so much for what you did for us today. Polite, courteous,pleasant, and great work done and leave home clean where they worked. Will be using your services again. Thank you!
Absolutely horrible service. They installed a new drain for a washer and dryer a few months ago for a basement suite. When the plumber came and installed the new drain I told them the new drain location seems too low but she disregarded it. Fast forward to a a few months later, the washer is not draining properly. I called them again which they finally came after 4 times of calling them to take a look which made them schedule another time to re-locate the drain to a higher elevation. Becky was amazing. She came out when we had no water and figured out the problem. She and her helper came back out the next day and got us back up and running. Thankfully they were able to do the job before the extremely bad weather hit. I would recommend.
