Feeling ambivalent about writing this review, as the positive side was having the best acupuncture doctor I have ever had, Dr. Xu, whom I will miss dearly. Nevertheless, I feel the need to open your eyes and make you aware of the following: Lisa, from billing, has tried charging me for services aside from acupuncture four times. She continues to send my insurance additional billing codes that required co-pays when my treatments are 100% covered.
