My experience with Dr. Mitzner was excellent. Easy to get an appt, the office staff is very nice and efficient, and he was approachable and responsive to my concerns. He explained what he was doing and in trying to diagnose my issue, got me in immediately for a hearing test. I appreciate how he was attentive and clear in explaining next steps. I recommend him as an ENT.
I want to personally thank Dr. Ron Mitzner for being so nice and kind during the visit. I have a bad immune system and I wear a mask and Dr. Ron asked “Am I sick “ and I said “No, I have a bad immune system so I wear a mask” and he went and got a mask to wear and I have been to several doctors and have never been treated with that level of care. I am so happy he took the time to hear my symptoms and he took his time with his explanations. 10/10 would recommend
We had the absolute BEST experience with Dr. Mitzner and his team! He saw my 21-month-old son, and for the first time ever, my son didn’t cry at a doctor’s visit — not even once! He immediately trusted Dr. Mixtner, who was incredibly calm, gentle, and patient. My son let him examine his ears, nose, and throat with zero resistance or tears. It was amazing!
