Over the last 6 months, I've had great service from Katy, Adam and Louisa, and reception.
I've been going to Central Coast for many years and find the very helpful, polite and caring. Would recommend them to my family and friends
Highly recommend Central Coast Eyecare! Other franchisees told me my frames couldn't be repaired. These wonderful people took the time to explain my options. The outcome was I had my glasses back in just over a week, couldn't even notice where the repair was performed. So I ordered a replacement pair of multifocal sunglasses and they also arrived in just over a week. Wonderful business. Happy customer!
Had a great check up yesterday very professional and very thorough. However I have never had to pay to have my eyes checked and I think I should have been informed of the cost prior to my checkup. They contacted me with constant reminders as I had been to the optometrist who owned it previously. Quite disappointed to not have been informed. Probably won’t go back unfortunately.
Attended today for the 1st time... What a brilliant, brilliant optometrist ! Care was exceptional, thorough and precise, everything explained as it happened. I would recommend to everyone. I saw Adam, so good. Receptionist, Neave, was just the best... exceptional. She could not have done better.
