Worst experience of my entire life. Charged $400 for a flat tire (even though I have a complete warranty on my car) after they kept my car for 48 hours with absolutely no contact or updates from anyone in the service department. We called them 7-8 times on day one and every call we got sent to a call center which they didn’t even know they had. The customer service in this department is an absolute joke.
We bought a used Genesis GV70 and purchased the extended warranty. Salesmen were wonderful. When financing the car the advisor told us with purchase of the warranty we could take the car to “any” shop to be worked on. Lo and behold we had an issue 3 days after we bought it. We took it to Ron marhoffer for service after the service advisor said “oh yeah since you have the warranty we can take care of it”. I am a little late reviewing Ron Marhofer - But a much Deserved Review - if you are looking for a car and a place you can trust to go that extra mile to help their customers- then go to Ron Marhofer. I have been to several dealerships prior -to help my son find a car. We had dealerships sell a car out from under us to trying to sell us a car we didn’t want.
