We bought a used Genesis GV70 and purchased the extended warranty. Salesmen were wonderful. When financing the car the advisor told us with purchase of the warranty we could take the car to “any” shop to be worked on. Lo and behold we had an issue 3 days after we bought it. We took it to Ron marhoffer for service after the service advisor said “oh yeah since you have the warranty we can take care of it”. I am a little late reviewing Ron Marhofer - But a much Deserved Review - if you are looking for a car and a place you can trust to go that extra mile to help their customers- then go to Ron Marhofer. I have been to several dealerships prior -to help my son find a car. We had dealerships sell a car out from under us to trying to sell us a car we didn’t want. What can one say when it was the smoothest process I have ever had at a dealership. It started with great salesmanship in Jacob and Zachery then followed up with Greg the mgr. and his profesional approach which made everything alot easier on the decision. Then, the above and beyond follow up service from Kyle is what you dont get at other dealerships. When its time to make one of the biggest decisions you have to make in life and all the choices on the internet. Why not make Marhofer your first stop!! Thanks guys
