I came here to get my car fixed after it kept refusing to start. I took it to two different mechanics who charged me a lot of money but didn’t fix the issue. I took my car here and worked with Chris, and they fixed one issue they believed was the problem. They went out of their way to ensure it was fixed and when it wasn’t totally fixed, they pulled it back into the shop on short notice, got it seen again without any additional charges, and FINALLY found the issue that’s been plaguing me for over a month. Unbelievable! I had left a review on 12/24/25 about a poor repair job that left me unable to go to work the next day. Marhofer told me to call their customer service line to deal with this. I left a message on 1/2/26 inquiring about such. It is now 1/9/26 and I have not heard back from them. I am officially done giving them my business. UPDATE: It's been two weeks since someone responded to this review, promising someone would get back to me. No one has.
