We had to SUE him! Ron Maloney Construction remodeled our home, completing the project in May 2005. Since the Spring of 2007, we have been trying to resolve the problem of Maloney incorrectly installing our shingles which resulted in leakage that has damaged our home. Damages to date, after his neglect of resolution, are estimated at over $50,000.
