I definitely would say do your research first. We did not and had an unfortunate dealing with this gentleman. After I did look into him once our dealings started falling apart did I realize the large mistake I made. My husband and I were buying a home and had a very small window to do so. When contracting Ron he indicated he could bring us all the way through no concerns. We had little trust in this man but had to because of the circumstance.
