Ron seemed overwhelmed then took it out on me for some reason when I had a simple question about a service he provides. Was told to call back several times and each time had and excuse. One time his food was in the microwave and had to have lunch, next call he told me he had to focus on revenue generating services. Then I was told to call back later in the day. Took care of me with reasonable prices!
Ron is an honest and fair man when it comes to his work. He is the only mechanic I trust my car with. I took my first car to him to get his opinion on if I toasted the engine. He did confirm that I did toast it and discussed what would be the best option for said car. With my second car, I've had him fix my front axle, front passenger wheel bearing, and put a new set of rotors on the front wheel. I've never had an issue with his work or his pricing.
