Rob came out to turn on the sprinkler system. He did a great job. He found problems with water pressure. He discovered tree root problem pinching the water line as one of the problems for one of the zones. And also work done by city on my out lawn for sewage / water lines had cut into tubing between 2 sprinkler heads for different zone. My home did not need the water/sewage lines to separate because of the year my home was built. But there was work done on the out lawn. in relation to it for the work on my neighbors homes. Had a really disappointing experience with their billing practices. I booked three lawn mowing services while on vacation for three weeks, each quoted at $57. However, the final bill came to $256 instead of the expected $171. Their reason was that the $57 rate was for a one-hour service, but the initial cut took 2.5 hours due to tall grass, resulting in a $150 charge for the first visit.
