Wow! Just WOW! It is a rare thing to find a business that is truly customer centered. There are truly good people working at Ron Kraft Auto Care. Yesterday, on our way out of town (to Toronto Airport) our van broke down across the street from this business. The employees graciously helped us to push it off of the street and into their lot while we left it there for 7 hours until we could return to have it towed. First time in for regular maintenance on my VW. Very polite staff, even though they are very busy. Completed the work promptly and the price paid was very reasonable. I will return, both for my vehicle and my wife's. Honest, straightforward business without the upsell and pressure from the dealer we had been using.
