Reliable shop, won’t overcharge you for things you don’t need and they are very upfront with everything including pricing. Only thing is appointments are needed due to them being a very busy shop but that’s totally understandable
I had heard good things about this place from family and so I decided to try and have my vehicle repaired here, but I was very disappointed with the service right from the start. They did not respond to my message requesting service on their website and when I called, the guy who answered the phone said he was too busy to finish the call with me for an estimate and that he would call me back, which he never did. I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for these guys. They are on the ball - answer the phone promptly, try to get you in as soon as possible, and are reasonably priced. What else can you ask for in an auto shop? But you know what I loved the most about this place? How kind everyone was. They were all smiling, happy to help and it was just so nice and refreshing to see. I was going to Uber home until my car was ready but the whole atmosphere made it easy to stay and wait.
