I had 4 surgeries performed by Dr. Charlton, with no problems. But with every Doctor wither regular or surgeon, they have a legal obligation to fulfill for their patients, if their injury was done because of someone else's neglect. With my last surgery done by Dr. Charlton, I needed his help in this regard with my last surgery. The original visit I stated that this injury was the result of a vehicle accident.
