We have been in business since 1958 because of wonderful customers who support us day in and day out year after year. We love them. We also offer front end alignments, shocks, struts, and brakes. They were quick with what I needed even though I pulled in behind 3 other vehicles
Kinda disappointed with our service today. Appt. Was at 4:00, we had it there at 3:45. Gave them our number to call when finished with alignment and rotation. No call….I finally called about 5:25 and they’re like “a oh ya, it’s done.” I needed my car!!! When I got there the door was locked and I pounded until they opened it. Your “boys” need to do better. 😡
I have used Ron Keller Tire for my tire and brake needs for the last six years. I plan to be a lifetime customer. I have worked with many different employees for many different concerns. From special orders, to vehicle inspections, to last-minute emergencies, and everything in between every Customer Service experience I have had has been excellent. They are very fast and efficient in getting your tires repaired and rotated.
I am the newest HUGE fan! I got pricing for brakes from another business and there was a huge price difference. Ron Keller Tire has the best customer service and pricing, they got my brakes done in exactly the amount of time they quoted me. They truly are the only tire place you need in Preston.
