Helpful – The people at the Keats Agency are everything that is good about people in the insurance business. They are thoughtful, kind, caring and helpful. Take Your Business Needs Else Where – The staff are very friendly and professional. However, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with one of their main agencts. They secured a fire policy for two of my commercial properties. They had the wrong name on the account. Consequently, bills were sent to the wrong business and the policy cancelled.
