I had a chronic hamstring problem for the last 3 years. I wasn't able to extend my strides without pain. So I went to ErgoPTNY for a PT. Ron Kassab and his two assistants Delana and Brian worked on my problem twice a week for 9 weeks. They were all very good at helping me. The last week of my PT I was able to run a 10 mile race without pain. This was my first and only PT in my life. Please don't hesitate to have PT if you have any problems. I highly recommend ErgoPTNY.
