Been on the waitlist to have a doctor see my twins to get a diagnosis since October 2022. Called today to just make sure they have the right contact information and they do. Got transferred to the physician department after inquiring about how much longer we need to wait and of course no one answers. Didn't even bother leaving a message. Absolutely ridiculous that over the course of 2+ years there is still not a doctor able to see my twins.
