They can’t keep track of payments offer the hightest price out off the other insurance company’s, after sending insurance every month randomly emailed me that I owed 3 months worth of insurance had to go through all my payments to show them that it’s all been paid this company is terrible and will try and bleed you for every dollar plus they can’t keep track of their own payments go with any other company
Betty was very professional and excellent to deal with! I was trying to find insurance for a travel trailer we purchased. We called several other insurance companies in the area and we were not getting our calls returned and/or the help we needed. My broker PC, set me up with Wawanesa Insurance for home and auto last year. They decided to drop Wawanesa and were doing a transfer to Aviva. I called PC in June and told them I did not want anything to do with Aviva because of a lawsuit with them and said I was going to stay with Wawanesa. I called them and they confirmed that since I was being loyal, they could transfer my policy to a broker, I just had to have the broker send in the transfer paper. Im extremely disappointed I asked for my insurance to be active when I signed the paper work but was told I would have to wait till the safety and the ownership is transfered I show up to the MTO office to find out that I need insurance first before they will issue plates so I called the office to learn my Brooker takes off a half hour early and a absolutely no other Brooker will take my call and assist me so I can have my vehicle for the weekend , I came to this because of a reputation and long standing service but if I'm n... read more
