I purchased a Thor motorhome on 8/21/24. I traded in a 5th wheel ($52k) and a loan ($45k) for the rest of the amount for the Thor motorhome for a total of $97500 paid. My trade-in was perfect and had zero issues. I left the dealership and within 10 miles I was broken down on the side of the highway with the motorhome completely overheated. Dennis in sales and Dave in service did an excellent job from start to finish! Bought a new travel trailer and a few months ago. I had a problem with the refrigerator so I took it in. Dave and the tech diagnosed and corrected the issue, processed it under warranty and made the experience as easy as possible. 😁
The whole process, from Dennis my salesman, Mr. Whitt the manager, my finance guy, to the service tech who walked me through, it was all great!!! They gave me good money on my trade-in and had a great price on my new Hideout!! Highly recommend these folks!
Several weeks ago I posted my experience with this so-called RV dealership. Specifically, the people who work therein, and in various levels of titles. I also named one by name, Burner who is the most racist, lying, and backstabbing person around. Total lack of concern or any accountability to anyone. Sold me a used boat that broke down on its second use. extended warranty they sold me didn't cover the fix and they wanted 1/3 of the boats price to fix it. Do Not go here for used boat sales.
