Service department is TERRIBLE.
Terrible service....Do not recommend.
I took my boat to Ron Hoover Corpus Christi for service, and this has been a terrible experience. They told me it would take about 2 weeks, which I was fine with, but 4 weeks later and they haven’t even touched my boat. The communication is awful— they promised to call and follow up, but weeks went by without a single call. I had to chase them down, or my boat is probably still sitting outside collecting dust and sun damage. It’s clear they favor regulars and leave others waiting indefinitely.
