I bought a 2023 Jayco 335RDOK 5th wheel travel tailer brand new in October, 2023. This trailer has been nothing but problems. One of the issues they were not able to fix because it is a Jayco design problem. Now I started to have issues with the tires and upon inspection of the DOT tire manufacture date codes, they sold a brand new trailer with tires that were manufactured in 2004! Buyers beware. I deeply regret this purchase.
Sold me a brand new rv with a broken converter , they said they were sending a mechanic the nxt day , 3 days passed they didn't send anybody after me calling a lnd calling , they just want to sell and don't care about u after that , horrible experience
Came here to order a hitch for a company truck and Ms. Amy was the most patient and compassionate person that can be. What would have been a nightmare with the payment situation was nothing. She is awesome!
Do not do business with Ron Hoover Corpus Christi. Bought a boat from them last Friday since purchasing the boat I have been stuck 3 time out on the water ( had to call insurance for a water tow) have been on the phone for the past couple days with them and they are not doing anything about the problems. Very bad place to do business with.
