Sold me a brand new rv with a broken converter , they said they were sending a mechanic the nxt day , 3 days passed they didn't send anybody after me calling a lnd calling , they just want to sell and don't care about u after that , horrible experience
Came here to order a hitch for a company truck and Ms. Amy was the most patient and compassionate person that can be. What would have been a nightmare with the payment situation was nothing. She is awesome!
Do not do business with Ron Hoover Corpus Christi. Bought a boat from them last Friday since purchasing the boat I have been stuck 3 time out on the water ( had to call insurance for a water tow) have been on the phone for the past couple days with them and they are not doing anything about the problems. Very bad place to do business with.
I had the opportunity to read the reviews. I can't speak about sales or any issues regarding a large purchase. However, what I can speak about is the support I have received ordering parts for a used RV I recently purchased. If you ever need any part for an RV, do yourself a favor and give "Amy" a call. She works the Parts Counter like she owns it (and she does!). Superior knowledge and support. Provides great advice. Many people might shy away from "a dealer" for parts support.
