I purchased a Thor motorhome on 8/21/24. I traded in a 5th wheel ($52k) and a loan ($45k) for the rest of the amount for the Thor motorhome for a total of $97500 paid. Purchased a 2023 Palomino Puma Destination trailer. What a piece of shit. Where do we start? Let's start with our worthless salesman named Miguel. Sound familiar? He's mentioned in other reviews and not in a positive light. He's out for his own good. He just wants your money and has absolutely no give a fuck about you or your family. This place is one of the worst all time businesses I've ever dealt with!! No way 4.3 stars is accurate without them paying for reviews. Do not get Matt as a sales rep!!! They never got back to us when they said, wrote unprofessional emails and we had to chase them down constantly. They took forever to take photos and actually list our RV! Then they over priced the RV 8K over our agreed take home value! They purposely tanked this sale because we complained that Matt never got back to is and was unprofessional.
