Service department is far beyond disgusting. I took my tractor for repairs took them over 6 months to do. When itwas what they claimed to be fixed it was in a worst condition that when it was taken in. I drove my tractor to the shop and had to load it into a trailer when it was picked up. We called a day in advance to confirm if they had a specific tractor part. The front desk lady assured us multiple times that they had it, even saying she would set it aside on her desk. We explained that we live about 60 miles away and asked again to be sure. She reassured us not to worry. The next day we drove all the way down, only to be told that the part was no longer available because a mechanic had taken it for another customer.
