RecommendedThis looks like another quality shop in the great Midwest. As a native Cheesehead (Point, Rapids, Mad Town) I’m always on the lookout for small businesses and the the creative efforts of local artisans. A similar, smaller operation I follow on FB is Gary David Woodworking and Design, located across the river and just north of Dubuque in historic Potosi, WI. I have an accessory created and signed by Ron Fisher in 1986 upon which our hats have hung for years.
Everything he does is gorgeous, and the picking part of his warehouse is fabulous. So. Much. Cool. Stuff!!! His stock changes rapidly so make it one of your regular stops.
Such a fun morning picking and project planning...Having fun cleaning up my cast iron skillet and the fireplace log holder is repainted and full. Thanks for the fun day shopping.

Been seeing Ron's FB posts in some of the groups I belong to, but just made it out to his shop today for the first time.... OH. MY. GOODNESS! Pictures do not do it justice! Don't expect a quick trip if you go... You need to walk the shop at least 3 times to see all the treasures. And Ron and his crew are so helpful, friendly and obviously love what they do.
