Just got a beautiful new door from the Dulmaine & Sons team and I couldn't be happier. They were professional start to finish, Sean helped me pick out the door amongst all the options they had and they installed it soon after it was received. These guys were great all around and the new door completely changed the look from my old one, and it runs pretty much silent up and down and I am happy I picked this company to work with! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Ron Dulmaine & Sons. Aiden, the employee that replaced my garage door opener a couple of weeks ago arrived on time, was very professional, nice, explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, and took care of programming the keypad outside too. Jason, in the office was great also. He was very knowledgeable, explained my options, and got me scheduled quickly. And I love my new, quiet door opener, that actually opens & closes when I need it to!
We called, they came ... quickly! Solved the initial problem and identified/resolved potential issues (the need for new springs) before they, too, became a problem.
I’d add a 6th star if I could. This company performed wonderfully bringing our garage door back to life and full functionality and educating me in the process. Getting things done here on Martha’s Vineyard is never easy, especially in the summer but these folks did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would do it. From the get go you’re dealing with real people and not the frustrating automated answering systems so prevalent. We highly recommend Ron Dulmaine & Sons, LLC.
