We called, they came ... quickly! Solved the initial problem and identified/resolved potential issues (the need for new springs) before they, too, became a problem.
I’d add a 6th star if I could. This company performed wonderfully bringing our garage door back to life and full functionality and educating me in the process. Getting things done here on Martha’s Vineyard is never easy, especially in the summer but these folks did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would do it. From the get go you’re dealing with real people and not the frustrating automated answering systems so prevalent. We highly recommend Ron Dulmaine & Sons, LLC.

The BEST service that I have received in years!! My garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I tried to adjust it myself-then it wouldn’t even open! I called this company. They scheduled me within days. 2 very personable techs-Scott & Aiden arrived exactly on time. They promptly fixed my problem and even checked out the operation of the other door.
