I was on a motorcycle road trip and my chain fell off in Windsor. I limped the bike down to Labelle where I was headed but it wasn't going to get me any further than that. These guys squeezed me in despite being quite busy, got a new chain on, showed me why the old one failed, and the tech who I wish I could keep bringing my bike to noticed my front tire was a lot worse than I thought, which I ended up replacing the next day in Truro because I was paying attention to it. Purchased new Honda lawnmower & generator. Staff were all friendly & efficient. All questions answered. No complaints. Did their best to make sure I was happy. Would shop at Steele again.
Professional, curteous and friendly. They picked up our 2 motorcycles to do the MVI and minor service. Nice facility, knowledgable employees. I can definitely recommend this business.
When I purchased the vehicle,they had to order a part so they delivered the so we could use it,when part arrived they came and picked up vehicle took it to the shop then delivered it back to us.More than pleased with their service and customer care,will recommend for sure!!
