Had an amazing experience purchasing an ATV with Ryan at the pre-owned department. The knowledge was there, the customer service was exceptional. You can tell he always tries to give 120% for the client. It is intriguing to see him attending to his customer's needs. Definitely seek out all my ATV's needs at Steele Recreation.
Great service
I tried a DIY tire change I saw on the Internet. Took in a scratched rim, pinched tube and greasy mess. Fixed everything up two days sooner than planned. Very helpful and friendly folk.
Bought a used bike ...winch rope was jammed up...said they would order me a new one and change it out for no charge . Weeks passed and no phone call...so I called and nobody really knew what was happening with it. I contacted my salesperson Ryan Wilkie who by the way was awesome .
