If I could give a negative star I would. Buyer beware if your trusting what this dealership says if your buying a used unit. I've never seen anything like it. Complete waste of a 4 hour drive. If your looking for a kawasaki ultra 310lx stay away from theirs. Salesman is a complete joke. Pretends he knows nothing. As shady as they get.
Great staff! Dropped my bike off for the 1 K service and was provided a demo bike for the 3-4 hour service Awesome!
Poor customer service. I found them unfortunately disorganized and had to keep repeating information to different people just to get anything done. I had an appointment for a simple tire swap and came back 2 days later to pick it up and they hadn’t touched it. Then I ordered spark plugs to my exact model motorcycle and when installing them myself I found out they didn’t fit. They were not at all accommodating to fix their errors.
