I called the service department for a 15 year old vehicle to ask for help getting part numbers or service manual and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude. He also lied to me and said that there are no repair or service manuals that even exist for purchase. The only solution he was willing to offer was to bring my vehicle to them for 80 dollars an hour. HelmInc.com does sell a manual but I need the sku number and I saw the Haynes book at the store but that issue didn't include my trim package.
