Sold me a warranty when i bought a used 2019 F150 and I can't even get a loaner car. Have been on a "waiting list" for 8 weeks. When I called today they said I was 14th on the list and haven't moved. I find that funny that i was 12th on the list when I was put on it. Now my warranty is about to run out and I am a single father of two kids and need to have a vehicle to transport my kids around. This dealership service department should not make promises they can't keep.
Dropped my truck off Friday morning, told at 4pm the tires were the issue. Ordered tires said they would be in Monday, no updates Monday and said would be ready Tuesday end of day, not ready, told first thing Wednesday morning, 4 o’clock Wednesday got the truck. These were stock tires and overpriced for the exact same ones at NTB and Discount. Bad communication, bad prices.
Doug was super professional and kept me informed. He got my part and got it on sooner than either of us expected.
