Don’t do business with these people. Very disappointing experience. The art center gave me the wrong part number and had me purchase that part. After they installed it, the part did not work. Despite this, I was still charged for the full service. I was then told that the correct part was on back order and would be delivered within two weeks. I got the right part, the first time. All other parts shops should be like that. The gentleman behind the counter has been doing his job so long, he was able to tell me the base part number off the top of his head and locate the part using a picture.
OEM parts last longer.
I understand why they have a 2 star review, found the jeep my wife wanted online. Listed for MSRP, tried to make a deal to find out they wanted 18k over sticker. Call today and find out they raised the price to 103k. This is a scam, ive filed a complaint with everyone I can think of over these deceptive trade practices.
