I got the right part, the first time. All other parts shops should be like that. The gentleman behind the counter has been doing his job so long, he was able to tell me the base part number off the top of his head and locate the part using a picture.
OEM parts last longer.
I understand why they have a 2 star review, found the jeep my wife wanted online. Listed for MSRP, tried to make a deal to find out they wanted 18k over sticker. Call today and find out they raised the price to 103k. This is a scam, ive filed a complaint with everyone I can think of over these deceptive trade practices.
Another bait and switch victim here. Online shows one price, work the deal over the phone//internet and go in to finalize. Show up and magically there is a “internet error” and they say the truck is $14k more than advertised!! Last time I walk into there building. Stay away, don’t waste your time here.
