After Mark assured me that deposits were completely refundable, I made a deposit for a car purchase 9/17 (Chevy Traverse). The deal was approved, but I decided not to buy the car. The Service Center will definitely over charge you on the cost of labor to replace parts. I was quoted $830 for the labor to replace a fuel pump on a 2019 Ram 1500, moved my Ram to Yaklin Dodge Angleton Service Center and paid $260 for the labor. Take your vehicles to Angleton where they are honest and trustworthy. Alvin charged me $190 for the diagnostic fee but they did not complete a multi point inspection and did not complete the necessary safety ABS recall. I was charged $190 for a basic fuel pressure test.
Why make an appointment, just for them to tell me to leave it for 24 - 48 hours before they can look at it? Isn't that the purpose of an appointment? To drop it off when they're ready to start working on it???? That's poor customer service.
