Called the Parts department to check on if something was in stock, politely asked to hold, so I did, waited 20 minutes, and finally hung up and called Gulf Coast instead. Quick answer to my simple question. Do you not want business? Do you not read these reviews? Do you not hold your personnel accountable for poor customer service? Thank David in parts for this review... but you won't read this...
Had a recall notice on my Corvette. The job was done very quickly, and the stuff was quite friendly as always.
If I could leave a minus on the star rating it would still be too high. Nothing but a lazy and lying department. Will never return nor recommend this dealership. Hope they go out of business. If they do it will be due to the sorry service, they provide.
