Had a rather nasty incident on Sunday night where a man who was DUI crossed 2 lanes of traffic, almost ended the lives of 2 people, did extensive property damage and totaled 2 parked cars. The driver is fine. I only had liability and haven't heard anything from State Farm or the other insurance company. To add to my frustration, the towing company will not let me access my SUV anymore.
