Mr. Ron Byrd was contracted to replace the Woodland Fireplace in my home. He may be okay at installing fireplaces. I won't be able to tell for sure until I have it inspected by the Fire Dept. Mr. Byrd is horrible at communication and not at all professional. He did not keep me updated on the delivery of the new fireplace and I caught him in several misstatements on delivery dates, emails he said he sent, and calls he said he made. This entire process of working with him was very frustrating.

I had no experience with my fireplace before! It was a gas fireplace that I converted back to wood burning. The guys did a great job on my chimney cleaning and inspection! I had several questions that I had answered and they were very honest and down to earth. I would highly recommend!
Hard working honest repairman. Ron ordered us quality parts, completed install, and made sure we understood what he was doing, why, safety concerns, and gave us a honest prices for the job. Hopefully he will be able to purchase chimney camera in near future. Ron is also a handyman for other jobs to include landscaping, home repairs, brick repair
