Disgusting and deshonest. The worst paint company I never seen in my life. If you want to throw you money and time away? hire them. They are the clear example of liar and thief. They don’t have ensurance and their contractor license it’s about to be suspended do not take that risk, there’s many people who really deserve to be hired “great and honest company” not something like this. Want to know more about it ask me.
Sun contractors no idea what job entailed. Horrible job jus had it all redone as I cringed every time I walked in! The blue is done and finished today from a local painter. Would not recommend paint doctor. I have a dented dryer and half painted bathroom as well
RUDE and UNRELIABLE!!! I found them through a FB advertisement. It took two days to answer my first question and 2 weeks two answer my second... which were simply asking if they work in my area and "How does getting an estimate work?". When an actual conversation started (after two weeks) I was told estimates were via face time. I do not have face time on any of my devices, nor do I have zoom, skype, or the messenger app. My husband agreed we should find a company that does estimates in person. Back in April 2021, we hired the Paint Doctor to paint our cabinets and give the cabinets an updated look. That is when we gave the guy a deposit. We were told within 2 months someone would be out to start the job. No one showed up. Many calls were made, but no one answered until October. That's when "Luke" answered and told us that our refund would be given to us before Thanksgiving. Here we are almost 15 months from the original date and still no refund nor any answer when we call.
