We brought the car in for a new switch that needed to be installed. It was an under-warranty job that required removing a trim panel. The job was done, and the switch is working. A day or two later we noticed the registration was not in the glove box. We called in, but the shop didn’t have it. Not knowing where it could have gone to, I paid $25 to the RMV for a replacement. I honestly consider this Kia dealership my home when it comes to servicing my car! I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to people working on my car, and this service center puts my mind at ease and continues to show me im in the right place. Lately, I've been working with Marcos in the service department, and I really wouldn't want it any other way. Every time I hand him my keys, I know my car is coming back better than before.
