Brought my dirt bike to Ron Ayers for a simple fix, decompression lever sticking. The bike has been in the shop before and was worked on. I was told they would look at it soon. Called back in a week and was told they needed 3 weeks to get to it. Called back 4 weeks later after hearing nothing about my bike and was told that they would let me know what I needed by the end of the week. I call waited through a long recording when I got a human I got passed off to someone else who put loud music on I would rather give my hard earned money to a business who appreciates the customer one star is all
This is a nice shop. It is quite large and has a nice assortment of bikes, utility vehicles, trailers, and equipment. They do great work. I had my Kawasaki pampered there. Check it out. You won't be disapointed
