From an escrow standpoint, Ron has been incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond and very kind. Would highly recommend.
I would strongly warn anyone against doing business with ron appel. My direct experience shows a pattern of misconduct: He cross-collateralizes properties with inflated $3,000,000 liens, even when the loan is only $300,000. Out of that $300,000 loan, I received just $60,986.34 — and only 77 days later — the rest was withheld for “fees” and “judgments” he never proved were satisfied.
