We had a unique situation where the sellers were our neighbors and they didn’t want to use realtors - but this being my husband and my 1st home purchase we were feeling a bit nervous and overwhelmed! We decided to use Ron and Becky and I’m SO glad we did! Their super prompt attention to ALL the paperwork and staying on top of the whole process alone was worth it! But we also had so many questions, so that combined with their knowledge and expertise, along with the care we felt, were invaluable! I can’t recommend them enough!

I called Ron and Becky after seeing reviews that said they were old school and down to earth, I had dealt with other realtors that made me feel like this was a side gig for them and they never really had the time to answer my questions and help my family buy our first home.
