I tried buying a house from this guy. We put an offer on this house at asking price. They said yes but did not sign anything. They made us wait 4 days and then denied the offer. They told us someone else put in a higher offer. How would they know to offer a higher price for a house that was on the market for 45 days. Seems suspicious. good luck
