Bob came out and explained my air exchanger system and did some troubleshooting for me. Very knowledgeable, gave me all the information I need to make a informed decision. Super guy to talk to and super company to do business with. Thank you Bob!
Have had a terrible experience with this company. Strongly encourage anyone looking to use them to avoid. They replaced our A/C unit and recommended a 2 stage, 3 ton unit. They were never able to get it to work correctly as a two stage unit so they just had it working as a single stage (when we had paid more money for a 2 stage.) Also the house never cooled correctly (wasn’t able to keep up with what the thermostat was set at.) They came out to visit probably 15 times trying to get the unit to work correctly without success.... read more
Ditto what Amber Kwiecien said in her review. Go with a different company! I got charged for the time they were on the road. They did get my A/C going but never figured out what led to the problem in the first place. A $1 Fuse ended up costing me $240 dollars and the problem wasn't solved, just bandaged. They charged me $5 for the same fuse I was able to get for 90 cents at Fleet Farm and 1.5 hours of labor when they were over for less than an hour with a trip charge on top of that!
