Reasonable price and professional work. The water heater issue was fixed properly, and the technician made sure everything was safe before leaving. I gave 4 stars because the repair cost was a bit higher than I expected, but I’m satisfied overall and recommended Romy's Plumbing Inc for anyone .
Plumber was very courteous and professional. He did an amazing job clearing up a major clog for building. Not only was he super nice, he was also very patient taking the time to explain the process to me. plumber made sure that I was aware of what was going and went the extra mile to make sure that the pipe was clean & cleared before leaving.
