Very personal and caring. Highly recommend!!
I left both of my appointments with Mrad crying my eyes out about feeling ignored, belittled, and dismissed. My experience was so terrible! It’s pathetic the type of care you get in Parkersburg, West Virginia! The NP got an attitude and decided to drop me as a patient when I decided to get a second opinion. Given there aren’t many options around here, I guess I will continue my care at Cleveland Clinic. Which is extremely inconvenient since it’s so far away. My CC doctor was and is willing to work with her as a pair to help me and she refuses to do what’s best for her patient.
